We are a small, deliberate team building the marketplace Sri Lankan buyers and sellers actually trust. We hire slowly and for the long term.
Buying or selling a vehicle is one of the largest transactions most Sri Lankans make. The market has historically been opaque, scam-prone, and hostile to first-time buyers. We exist to change that with transparent data, moderated listings, and honest trust signals.
We ship in small, reviewable increments behind a strict quality gate — every user-facing change carries a wireframe, component story, visual snapshot, end-to-end test, and accessibility assertion before it merges.
We are remote-friendly within Sri Lankan working hours and value written communication, durable decisions, and engineers who care about the person on the other side of the screen.
We hire for judgement and ownership over years of experience. We want people who reduce ambiguity, write things down, and treat trust and accessibility as non-negotiable rather than nice-to-have.
